AVS Video Editor capture screen HELP!!

ok so im new to video editing so i use easy AVS. and im trying to use the screen capture mode...but its speeding. like if anda claped your hands it would record it but the video is going 2+speed. how do i put it to normal speed for AVS Video, screen capture mode?!? PLZ HELP ILL AWARD THE BEST ANSWER!!!!!!!
