fanpop blocked the IP address at home... again? :/

Ever since I registered here, I've been going off in cafes to access fanpop since the IP at halaman awal was blocked due to 'previous abuse' (or something like that stated on the log in page). That is, until I sent dave a message pleading him to unblock the IP address at halaman awal & explaining why he should do so on early May this year. He stated the reason as to why it was blocked & that he was willing to consider unblocking the IP at halaman awal if I were never to never do anything malicious again. He unblocked it the hari after so after that, I've been enjoying fanpoppin' at halaman awal everyday. That is, until Monday this week. The menit I logged in that day, the IP was blocked again. As far as I know, I didn't do anything wrong & considering that this account is still up & running, they didn't suspend me. I sent dave a message regarding this troublesome case but he didn't reply back. Would someone care to give an explanation on this? I'm in a cafe right now & I don't want to be fanpoppin' here again since it costs me most of my daily allowance. :/

It's my country description, fanpop doesn't have an about me section. Also, if it's something like that, wouldn't "banning" me the best choice of action? Also, I've put up nasty & inappropriate words on my country keterangan EVER SINCE I REGISTERED HERE so it's really got nothing to do with it.

I sent it to him on Tuesday (the hari after I realized the IP at halaman awal got banned). Would anda please state how many days exactly when I can message him again? Also, I don't know what a proxy is atau how it works. Where can I download/install it? I'm practically oblivious towards these kinds of stuff. :?

I would say if it's an important matter like that, a polite reminder after 5-7 days can't be wrong. The F4 are quite busy, so the message might have gotten lost atau they forgot about it, that can easily happen. Then it's none of my business and obviously not a reason enough to get anda banned, but maybe you'd like to consider editing the part about your country on your profil page. I feel like it can easily give people a wrong impression about anda and it speaks only to some people, the majority here doesn't have a problem with anda liking atau disliking a country. I'll pm anda about the proxy too.
