Having GIF trouble... Please help. :'(

Everytime I try to upload a GIF image to my profile, it doesn't work, and stays still, but when I upload that same image to a spot, it works perfectly. :( It's 150 x 150 image size and it's about 145 KB. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. :P
