What is the file size for animated .gif profil pictures?

Animated .gif icon can be made simply, with just a few frames of animation, atau they can be made larger. I myself have an animated .gif that is a small movie maybe thirty detik long. Presumably there are file size limits to profil pictures, so we users wouldn't be able to upload such gargantuan files. What is the file size limit?

The animated ones. Though it seems like the animated ones that were uploaded prior to fanpop fixing the glitch still work (i.e. are still animated). From what I've read/seen, anyone who tries to upload any kind of .gif icon now gets a "flat" image, regardless of whether the icon was animated atau not. Though I may be wrong on this, as I haven't tried to upload any .gifs.
