The pertanyaan on all of your minds, I'm sure. Certainly, you're not asking the pertanyaan "Who the blast is Cinders?!" Because I am awesome and anda should know the answer to that already.
I have been consistently Fanpopping in some way shape of form since May 2007 (over five years now) but unfortunately I'm afraid I may have to take a break. I just didn't want to go the way of devoted fanpoppers before me, who were awesome and then dropped off the face of the planet with no notice.
This is no grand goodbye, no trumpeted announcement telling everyone how bored atau fed up I've become with Fanpop. I haven't become bored atau fed up with Fanpop, not even in the five years I've been using it. There's always some new pick (poll?) to choose, some new topic to debat (you know me ;)) and some new fascinating user to meet and engage.
But while I still cinta fanpop and Fanpopping, and all the wonderful 20in20 icon contests that seem to be all the rage now, I will, unfortunately, have to decrease if not eliminate my activity on the site due to a lack of internet availability where I am going.
Where am I going, anda ask? Some of anda may already know through other nefarious means (I'm looking at you, germs) that I have earned a position as an English teacher trainer with the Peace Corps in Ethiopia. I'll be fine, they have electricity, and it's not like I'll be going back to the nineteenth century atau anything. However, internet access there is unreliable and uncertain, so I cannot guarantee my continued Fanpopping. Additionally, I will be really busy with this new job so there's that too.
I will check in when I can, and hope to be back to my full Fanpopping antics in two years, when my tour in Ethiopia is done. Real Life has taken over, and is affecting my fanpop Life.
