What's stopping them from creating a new account and starting over again?

It would suck considering all the medali they earned and stuff but they still technically could couldn't they?

Because they banned them and did that they cant make an account with the internet they use, because they have a IP adress! They can make a new account if they use another internet that have another IP adress! But whats the point in that? anda cant be on fanpop when you`re halaman awal then!

yeah i agree with tool and ghost. they cant. its impossible. i think that maybe they cant make new accounts cos failpops overcrowded oleh the whorey fake accounts so that theres not room left for the good legendary people xD
