i dont think they say. they only introduce Roku, Kyoshi, and a couple others when Aang is non the lion penyu, kura-kura island.

No one knows. I don't think Aang even knows unless he could contact that spirit.

Though its never mentioned, there is a possibility that we've seen its statue in the episode The Southern Air Temple.

Nobosy really knows who the first avatar ever but we may have seen he atau she before like in season one the southern air temple atau season 2 the last episode when aang was struck oleh lightning it shows all the past avatars dissapearing atau in korra when she finally connected with her spiritual side it showed all the avatars also the last episode of that season.

The first Avatar's name is Wan. He's from before the tribes were established. In his time people lived on the back's of Giant Lion Turtles. He lived on the back of one that could give the gift of fire.
