For an FYI regarding your "suicide talk on the internet is illegal", it ain't, lol. If you're condoning suicide atau the like then it becomes illegal. Suicide talk on its own is simply frowned upon oleh most websites (even JewTube has become reluctant to tampil anything that slightly talks about bodily harm.) So yeah. Clearing this up since late 2017 and early 2018.
