Chapter Two:
"So, angelfish. Want to go for a swim?"
"I'd cinta to La'gaan."
Wondergirl waited, wondering if she would have to pull Superboy off of the water-breather. The Kryptonian however merely sighed and turned back to the static television.
Wolf, sensing his master's depression, walked over to him and dropped a stick at his feet.
"Not now, Wolf." Conner replied.
The dog groaned and rolled over on his back.
"I could play with Wolf!" Cassie said, bending over and rubbing the dog's belly.
"Ehh..."
"Oh come on, he can play rough with me."
Kon raised an eyebrow.
"I'm WONDERgirl!" Cassie argued. "I can handle myself!"
"Sure." Kon berkata unbelievingly. "Still--"
"Recognized: Batman. A-02. Mal Duncan."
Megan and Conner turned to see their old classmate walk through the zeta-tubes.
The boy nearly ran to them.
"I was right!" he exclaimed. "Thank the Lord!"
Conner stood up, frowning. "What are anda doing here?"
"Mal needs some help." batman said.
"What kind of help?" Conner asked, folding his arms over his chest.
"Karen's been kidnapped."
batman pulled up a holo-screen of the park's security footage. Mal & Karen came into view, static for one minute, next, Mal is up and running into the woods.
"Someone was clean." Wondergirl said.
"More like sloppy." a voice from the shadows said. "I can easily backtrack the signal."
"Then do it, Revenge." batman said.
Revenge walked over to the computer and began to type. A shock ran through the system and into Revenge, tossing him across the room. La'gaan laughed quietly.
Cassie could've sworn she saw batman smirk.
"Now how are we going to find Karen?" Kon asked.
Megan's eyes glowed and Mal grabbed at his head.
"M'gann!" Kon yelled, starting forward, but oleh then Megan had stopped. Mal continued to clutch his head.
"That hurt." Mal said.
"M'gann! What were you--"
"Girls." Megan said. "School uniforms: Silver and Blue plad. They had the emblem of St. Walker's School of Disciplinary for Girls. But..."
"But what?" Conner asked.
"Come on, Wolf." Cassie whispered, moving towards the doorway with a stick in her hand. Wolf's ears pricked up and he started to pindah towards the girl.
"Wolf, stay." Conner said.
Both dog and girl groaned, but remained where they were.
"So what do anda guys do?" Mal asked.
"All Team members and squads laporan to the Cave immediately." batman said.
A few menit later, the heroes began to cycle in.
"Recognized: Robin. B-20. NightWing: B-01."
Others came to. Batgirl and the two newest members of the Team: Beast Boy and Blue Beetle. All raised eyes when they saw the new person in the Cave.
Revenge sighed as the final member of the Team was recognized.
"Recognized: Emerald. B-24." The former assassin walked into the Cave to stand beside Revenge. He took a step forward.
"All right already! Ill ask!" Blue Beetle exclaimed.
batman raised an eyebrow.
"What is she doing here. And who is he?"
"Not important to the situation." batman said. "We've got a mission."
"What sort of mission?" holly asked.
batman glared at her before answering. "This mission is an undercover one. With an entirely female squad."
The four girls in the room glanced at each other.
"A girl named Karen was kidnapped earlier this afternoon oleh three girls from a school in England."
"Why call us in?" Wondergirl asked. "I mean, why not call the FBI atau the CIA atau something?"
"Because something else is obviously going on here." Batgirl said. "And if you'll be quiet, you'll find out."
Cassie grinned sheepishly.
"Miss Martian noted that the girls who kidnapped Karen and attacked Mal here did not seem normal at all."
"I suspect mind-control." Miss Martian spoke up.
"Exactly why anda four will be going undercover at the school as students. Since Miss Martian is a telepath, she can shield anda four from whatever mind control may be in play here."
"Four?!" holly and Cassie exclaimed at the same time.
"Yes. Miss Martian, Batgirl, Wondergirl, and zamrud, emerald will form Beta Squad for this mission. Alpha Squad will consist of Red Revenge, Blue Beetle, Beast Boy & Nightwing who will provide backup for the girls if necessary. Understood?"
Rumbles of "Yes" and "Sure" echoed around the Cavern.
"Lagoon Boy. anda are needed in Atlantis to repel an attack oleh OceanMaster."
The water-breather nodded.
"The school's term starts in the Summer. In one bulan to be precise. I'll contact Captain Adam to set up a fake story for the four of you. You'll be visiting the school individually and will all join. anda scholarships will be paid for."
"By who?" Blue Beetle asked.
"Irrelevant." batman said. "Pack anda suitcases. anda leave Tuesday."
"Recognized: Batman. A-02."
"Stay wet, minnows!" Lagoon Boy berkata before following the Dark Knight into the zeta-tubes.

Eyes of Artemis
Dick’s POV:
He let a small laugh escape through his mouth. He knew it was Artemis and maybe she knew he was Robin. But it was a tiny chance he looked at her, standing in the crowd talking to Rachel a senior year. He smiled. Artemis was in good hands.
Artemis POV:
“Thanks” She putted the papers in her bag. “tomorrow a need them back so don’t forget them.” “Got it.” Artemis answered. Rachel started to talk “Well, let’s start then, We are now in the hall of the Gotham academy.” Artemis looked around, everybody was to their lessons except a few. The hall itself was made of grey, silvery stone. The dinding reflected the blue sky and she thought of the strange boy. “Are anda coming atau not?” Rachel stood in the giant stanchion. “I’m coming.” As she walked to Rachel remembering the mysterious laugh.
