Something that I had to write. Because I know how some of anda feel. So...here it is. For those who have no clue how it feels, be glad. But this might help, I hope.
Becca climbed up the hill, looking around. She reached the top, finding him. She sat selanjutnya to him, taking his hand. He responded oleh entwining their fingers together and giving her a quick, sad smile. They sat in silence for a time, just thinking and looking around. At one point, Becca moved to another set of graves right selanjutnya to the one she had been sitting in front of. She put a bouquet of wild mawar on her mother's grave. She teared up.
“Hey mom,” she whispered, breaking the silence. “I hope you're okay, where ever anda are. I hope anda have dad with you. I know I don't come a lot and I'm sorry.”
Becca chocked up, tears running down her face. She took a few shaky breaths before continuing.
“Um, I'm good. I have friends that help me. I know I'm stubborn so...you can imagine how that's going. But they try. I miss you.”
Becca's finger grazed the grave, tears falling from her chin.
“I miss anda a lot, but if you're happy...don't come back. I cinta you.”
Becca blew a ciuman to the grave despite being overcome oleh tears and shakes. She crawled back to Dick and he wrapped his arms around her. The two stayed close to each other, their tears mixing together and falling to the ground. Eventually, Dick lifted his head and Becca moved her head so she could face the grave of his parents.
“Hey mom. I know that no matter where anda are, anda can see me. But don't worry about me. I'm okay. I miss anda a lot, but I'm okay. The teams got new members, but that's about all that's new. If anda and dad are okay, then I'm happy.”
Dick stopped, lebih tears coming. A gagak squawked and flew off. A small robin bird flew oleh and then a little sparrow followed. Becca and Dick looked at each other for a menit before Dick looked back to his mother's grave. A group of sunflowers, lilacs, and mawar had been placed there.
“I know that anda guys might not want to come back since you're up there. And that's okay. Because I have Bruce. And Becca of course. Seeing as how they are the only two heroes to know about my secret identity. But I just want anda guys happy. That's when I'm happy. I cinta anda mom.”
The two young teens stayed where they were, crying some more. They did pindah when they heard a car pull up close to where they were. It was Bruce. Becca grabbed Dick's hand again. They looked back at the graves.
“Happy Mother's Day, mom,” Dick said.
“Happy Mother's Day.”
