I felt completely laid back and excited to go to the arcade,I needed to play some Gears of War atau something to get my frustration out.But when I saw Juan pass the arcade I started to get nervous.
"Ummm...Juaney...are anda kid napping me?"
We joked around and laughed our butts off for a few menit but Juan ended up explaining to me that he knew that playing some fighting game would just make me get even lebih upset and that I needed to cool off before I did anything I would regret.Therefore he took my phone away and turned off the radio just in case I decided to start cuss-texting Joel out atau started jamming out to some weird break up song that would come on the radio.
But that was my point,how did Juan know that I wanted to play a fighting game to get my anger out?Could my best friend really know me that well?
I just starred at Juan for a few menit in wonder,wondering how he knew everything I was thinking before I even told him.
Juan caught on to the fact that I kept staring at him and he would take his hands off the wheel a couple of times to snap me back to earth-literally "snap".
When we pulled into Juan's drive way,I instantly felt better,not so tense anymore,not so alone anymore.It felt lebih like halaman awal here than anywhere else including my home.My home,the one that had my parents constantly arguing all the time,the house that had become a drug house because of my older sister's stupid crack-head boyfriend and his stupid little gang that followed him like a brand new anak anjing, anjing anywhere he went.
When Juan opened the door for me and I stepped out of the truck,at that moment I had finally realized that it had stopped raining and now the sun was shinning.So Juan's perfect two story beautiful white house with the five windows in the front that made the house seem even bigger to me since the last time I had been here;and the marvelous orange,red,&lavender colored bunga in the front yard's bushes just made the house seem like it was the best house anda could ever imagine living in.Since the rain had past,there was a glow off the pavement and a fresh look on the house.The bunga weren't completely dry but damp and the Sliver Cadillac in the drive way in front of us had a nice clean look to it.
Juan and I both admired his house before finally walking inside.The smell of chili,beans,&tamales filled the air.The aroma was like nothing anda could have ever imagined.To Juan and I,this was our feast.I guess Juan had told his mom that he was going to get me and bring me back here so she made my favorites.I couldn't thank Juaney and his family enough.Oh how I wish everyday that I could of been apart of Juan's family.Juan had the sweet,loving,and generally caring christian mom.She was the mom of my dreams.Isabella could cook,clean,discipline,sew,&sing like Whitney Houston.Isabella was beautiful with a darkish blond atau almost emas hair with a smile that could make a blind man see light and a laugh that could make the birds sing their highest pitch.Isabella wasn't too slim and she wasn't chunky either,sort of like me.She was all around a perfect mother and I loved her as if she were my own.Juan's dad was out of town alot doing business in New York and L.A. for variates of reasons but the kids didn't complain because without their hard working mother,father,and Lord,they wouldn't be as blessed as they are now.And all the Sanchez kids are very grateful for everything they have and I do admired them for it.
Juaney had plenty of brothers and sisters,eight siblings total,Juaney not included.The Sanchez family had a hectic life but got through it and ended up being lebih blessed than they could have ever imagined.
Juan has equally four brother and four sisters.Two older brothers and sisters and than three younger brothers and sisters and one sister that was the same age as Juaney and I.His family always made me feel welcomed and I can't tell anda how many times I have had major stomach aches from how hard they make me laugh.I thought back on all those memories I have had with them over the years and couldn't help but to smile at every single one.
"Binnnnngggg!!"
Juaney and I both glanced at eachother and gave evil smiles to one another.The competition was on to see who would eat lebih food.
Juan spoke,"Let the feast begin."
