Bob Kane was involved with the production of the films. A sketch in the 1989 film of a bat in a suit was drawn oleh him.

Bill Finger was the primary creator of Batman. There was an attempt from his loved ones to get his name listed in the credits of the films, but due to contract issues, Bill remained uncredited. Bill's name wasn't listed in a theatrical batman film until 2016's batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

In an interview, the cast of Adam West's batman televisi were surprised that Michael Keaton's batman films weren't made for families like the tampil was.

Adam West joked about being offended that he wasn't asked to play batman in the films. In reality, he was supportive of other actors playing Batman.

Burgess Meredith was offered a cameo role as the Penguin's father in batman Returns. However, due to health issues, he had to decline.

Robin was originally supposed to appear in 1989's Batman, but he ended up getting cut out of the script. There were plans to have Robin appear in 1992's batman Returns. They even hired Marlon Wayans to play the character. However, history ended up repeating itself, because Robin got cut out of the script.

Kevin Smith was such a big batman fan that he named one of his most iconic characters, Silent Bob, after Bob the Goon from Batman. Both Bob the Goon and Silent Bob were sidekick characters that only spoke on rare occasions.

Viki Vale was originally in the script for batman Returns, but she ended up being taken out of the film. Her absence was explained in a scene where Bruce talked about his relationship with Viki not working out.

Michael Gough and Pat Hingle reprised their roles in 1995's batman Forever and 1997's batman and Robin.

Tim burton wanted to do a third batman film with Michael Keaton. However, the backlash against the dark content of batman Returns led to Joel Schumacher becoming the new director. After Tim burton left, so did Michael Keaton, so Val Kilmer was cast as the selanjutnya Batman.

Billy Dee Williams was cast as Harvey Dent, so he could play Two-Face in a future film. However, Tommy Lee Jones was brought on to play Two-Face. Billy Dee Williams had a vocal cameo as Two-Face in 2017's The Lego batman Movie.

Robert Wuhl's Alexander Knox had a cameo in 2019's Crisis on Infinite Earths TV special.

Paul Reubens also played Penguin's father in three episodes of the Gotham televisi series.

Michael Keaton returned to play batman in the Batgirl film. He had a supporting role as a mentor to Batgirl. However, the film ended up not getting released.
