I get what you mean. Early marriage is not very common and some considers it stupidly immature. But Edward and Bella's marriage isn't just some crush/infatuation-marriage. It's really true love that brought them together. :P

And since it isn't premarital sex, I have no problem with that. It is their honeymoon to enjoy. Anyway, what else could they have done during their honeymoon? Play checkers? Lol.

Excuse me why odd? I mean even if they werent married, who cares. Its a normal thing to have sex when your together/engaqed/married... they just love each other. And 18 or 19 is really not that early

why the hell would it be odd? they'd just been married and were consummating their marriage by the most intimate act of love. i got married at 19 and am still married 7 years later with 2 beautiful children so her age has fuck all to do with anything. i think the fact she saved herself for marriage is beautiful and only makes the story more romantic
