no because they most likely won't turn red until u have finished an entire body. he only sucked out enough to get rid of the venom

I'm quite sure that he swallowed it because, well he IS a vampire and how could he resist not to swallow Bella's blood when it's already in his mouth? But maybe he didn't drink enough to change his eye color.
