no they dont he just has an idea and he doesnt think enough into it to figure it out. bottom line he doesnt want to know and they dont want him to know either. because if the volturi found out theyd give him 2 options die or become a vampire and bella and the cullens dont want either. so the answer is no he knows something isnt right but he doesnt want to know so he doesnt know that their vampires.

No. Charlie knows that the supernatrual exists because Jacob showed him the werewolf thing. He knows that Renesmee is Bella and Edward`s daughter rather than a distant relative. He knows that the Cullen`s are something different-not just humans. He doesn`t know what they are though.

He knows what Jake is, because Jake showed him. Jake basicly blows Bella's cover. But Charile dons't want to know what Bella has become. He knows she is other wordly now, he knows the Cullens are...not of this wrold but he dosn't want to know what they are because it would be too much for him. The cullens don't want him to know because if they told him the volturi would have to get involoved and that wouldn't end well. So in conclusion no Charile dose not know exactly what the cullens are, he just knows there is something not right.
