i adore the books, but im not crazy about all the fan vids and all the debates that go on about the book, its a good book, it has flaws, and i leave it at that

i for one could not see how u wouldnt be able to be obsessive but i do have somefriends who say they wont (become obsessed) prob cuz they dont want to turn into me lol

I'm not obsessive. I probably wouldn't have even read on after New Moon if it weren't for a character that I really liked (Jacob). I mean, I like it, but there are *so* many books that are equally good or better.

I love Twilight. So much. I was among the girls in line for Breaking Dawn at midnight, and I will be at the local midnight showing for the movie. I own a copy of Bella's bracelet (because it's pretty) and a single tshirt. Am I sad it's over? Heck yeah. And I'm awaiting Midnight Sun with bated breath.

But seriously kids... its not my life.
I'm about |____| that close to leaving the fandom anyway. The fangirls who caps rape every single post with terrible grammer and curse at all the people who dont agree with them are driving me insane.

I just read 'em cause I needed some book to help me get over the Harry Potter series ending. I really did like them. I wore a Team Jacob shirt to the midnight opening. But I'm not obsessive about them. They're just really good books to me.

I like the books so much because gave me something to think about besides my predictable and boring life. But then I got depressed when I finished them.

Yeah, I do really love the books and couldn't wait for Breaking Dawn to come out. The fact is, I have read better books than the Twilight series, but they're a fun read. I just can't get into the whole dressing up/fanvid/"marry me Edward!" thing. With some of these girls I'm not sure they realize that the characters are just not real, its only a book.

I'm a little osessed but not to the point where i think the whole series is real,the Twilight series is mainly somethimg to rid my boredom with.

Several blog pages around the net where people have reviewed the books. Especially if you go to the link for this spot and "Twilight Sucks, and Not in a Good Way" it is chock full of caps raping. I mean, I don't agree with the writer, but its her opinion and she's entitled to it.
I stopped going to the boards over at the Lexicon because I was so sick of the "OMG lyke Rpattz is sooo hawt. He is gonna b da best edward EVA!!!" and "omgwtfbbq! dis movie is gonna suck sooooo bad!" posts.

I have a very addictive personality (why I gave up smoking!) so it is very hard for me not to be addicted to Twilight! I love it, I read them again and again and don't get bored!

i LOVE the twilight series, i am obsesed with them, but not to the point where twilight is the center of my world. It's just something to escape the boredom that is my life. :P
