Chapter 1 - Confusion...
Three years have past since I've been this, monster, a Vampire.I hunt alone and never crossed paths with the other covens, seeing where they are heading before I go hunt.Especially watching on Coven the Volturi a dangerous group I've heard oleh stealing memories from the other Vampires, my green eyes always finding out lebih on the Coven through the thought and memories of others.
The others call these gifts but they usually have one, I have four,
1. my ability to see thoughts and memories
2.My eyes are green still, and I have blood running through my vanes, my eyes also switch color if I want them to
3.I erase memories that are needed atau not, I can also bring them back
4.I wouldn't call it a gift but, I'm faster than most, because of the blood in my vanes.With all these I am one of the most dangerous vampire already, causing the Volturi to want me to become one, but I don't need them and I've been alone for three years.
So every time, I actually pass another Coven I wipe their memories clean of ever seeing me.I go oleh Haylee now, instead of Leah, seeing how everyone thinks I died.
I flinch at the memory, of waking up in a coffin, jantung pounding and feeling on fire, the api slowly fading, way too slowly.The thing is it's not hot api it's freezing!So cold it burns, my chest lifts up, and my stomach meets with the puncak, atas of he coffin, I scream and then before I know what I'm doing I meninju, pukulan the coffin.I thought it would hut but I didn't feel it, so I hit it again, dirt covering me.I finally tunnel m way out and look at the what I was wearing.It was scruffy and lacy black, my pants were black leggings.I quickly dusted myself off, and ran not sure were to go.Not sure what I was...
I know now and I still don't know if I wanted this, I forgot my past, and every time I try to remember it's fuzzy.
I heard a rustle from a bush, my head darted in the direction of the semak, bush out came a man with short brown, wavy hair.I stared at him, my green eyes confused.I read his mind.Oh, no!He was a Volturi.I stiffened, his eyes stared into mine, his mind going through memories of a girl that looked exactly like me.The same green eyes, the same karamel brown hair, the same slender, small body, the same height.Then he saw two kids, a boy and a girl.Their hair brown and a mixture of straight and curly, but not wavy.Eyes green with brown flecks in them, I held that memory for some reason and then he silently whispered,
"Leah...", I immediately looked at him from hearing my name, a wave of confusion slipped over my features.
Do I know him? Did I know him?, I thought.He ran over to me noticing me lack of breathe.He looked at me, closely, than slowly smelled me, testing my scent.Then he silently, trailed his teeth against my neck, I trembled under his touch, thinking that this felt oddly familiar, which makes another confusion wash over me.He then slightly, bites down and I gasp in surprise, then out a silent moan, also feeling a dose of familiarity.His hands slip around my waist and up the back of my halter.I membungkus, bungkus mine around his neck.He thinks hard and I suddenly get a gust of realization.Then I remember everything.
"Alec...", a silent moan escaped my lips, for only him to hear.
