How come Stinky Pete's back and Zurg isn't?

ok...I looked up the movie's page on IMDB.com and there's nobody credited for Zurg's voice. And then I saw Stinky Pete on one of the posters here and I just don't get why he's returning when he didn't go halaman awal to Andy at the end of toy Story 2 yet Zurg is gone...anybody have any idea?
