~TERMINOLOGY~ The Constables, Detectives of Society's Shadows (Work In Progress)

[Constable Hierarchy]

The hierarchy of the Constable's goes as so: The Head of Council and the Council, The 20 Immortals, The Chief Agents, The Squad Commanders and Special Agent, or second in command, and the average Constable agents which includes a portion the Research and Development teams and the COS. 

The 20 Immortals are a rank within the Constables in which an agent becomes a General Agent. Within the 20 Immortals are 20 individuals who are considered to be the best of the best. Those who had overcome impossible odds and followed through with orders in even the most dire of situations with skills that surpassed their colleagues. The 20 Immortals become involved in White Oni to Red Oni situations, which are situations deemed to be of a higher caliber of danger than the norm.

The Squad Commanders are those who are usually placed in charge of the milder and lower levels of the danger scale and sometimes the higher ones depending on the situations and what it requires. They are usually being led or dispatched by their Chief Agents. 

In addition, Special Agents are Constable Agents who wield an abnormal ability or wield/wear specially tailored equipment created by R&D. Most of these weapons are of higher rank than the average Constable has clearance to wield, with some being cybernetic or magic-induced enhancements. Despite their rank being right beneath the Chief Agent's, they are still to follow the orders of Squad Commanders due to the underlying factor of discrimination against those that wield magic within the Order. 

The Cleaners, also known as the COS (Cleaning Operation Squadron) are a part of the squads, and generally are glorified janitors that are in charge of quickly disposing of the bodies of creatures or people that have been killed by the creatures they deem as monsters.
