Bes, unlike the other Egyptian gods, was not banished to the Duat oleh the House of Life and secretly in cinta with the cat goddess Bast, but the Hippo goddess Tawaret has always been in cinta with Bes.

Artemis_8 I was close to tears when [i]you[/i] [i]know[/i] [i]what[/i] happened to Bes and I hold a very big grudge against Khonsu, god of the moon.. Grrrrrr!!

Sadie_Kane I can't imagine Bes as 3-4 feet tall in this picture.
