Well in a way I think it would be nice because aside from Scruple..who else does Gargamel have?,maybe if Gargy was nicer to Azrael something positive might happen..but considering everything..that might ruin Gargamel's character in itself..so I'm in the middle of yes and no..and the show wouldn't have been the same if Gargy was nicer to Azrael.

Yes he should be nicer to Azrael, how would he like to be in Azrael's position. Gargamel certinly paid the price when he called Azrael stupid in the cartoon series' episode 'The Magnafying Mixture' when Papa smurf poured the rest of his growth formula on Azrael, Azrael grew into a cat the size of Gargamel himself with big fangs and claws and an even scarier roar. He certainly scared Gargamel and chased him far away from the village. Oh well Gargamel deserved it for everything he's done not only to Azrael but to the Smurfs too.
