Between him and Ashley the acting is so ridiculously bad that I want to fast forward their scenes. The whole time that guy's on screen I find myself wondering how exactly he even landed the role. Literally, I'm not even listening to what he's saying I'm too distracted by his extreme lack of talent.

exactly. his voice is so plain and boring and he's such a dork, too. xD

I find that half of the actors on the Secret Life are terrible. Don't get me wrong, I love the show, but really.
Ben, George, Ashley, Griffin's cousin, the new counselor, the guy who sold the fake id's (joe?), plus others i cant remember....all terrible actors.

^Agreed. I don't think George is as awful as the others. Amy was bad in the beginning, but has gotten better. Ashley is just AWFUL. Ben, Griffin's cousin, the new Jimmy guy, Lauren, Alice, and especially the new counselor, what's up with her? I'm embarrassed to say I watch this show sometimes because the acting is so bad. But I can't help but like it anyway. DAMN IT.

^^yes, agree about Amy, I actually just said that the other day. Amy was pretty bad in the beginning but she's definitely improved. George has gotten somewhat better, but the way he talks is so fake. Lauren is pretty horrible, Madison has her horrible moments. Jimmy is okay. Alice.....I'm not sure if she's bad or that's her character. Ashley is really really awful. The worst though, is Joe, fake id guy. He's terrible.

The good ones are Ricky, Adrian, Grace (okay in the beginning, has gotten better), & Griffin.

Ricky and Adrian are really great. Grace, Anne, Jack and Amy are pretty good. Ashley's for sure the worst for me. I don't think she's pretty either.

^^I think Grace has gotten better, although she's not on par with Ricky and Adrian. I agree about your second point although I think Jack's the poorest of those. I don't think Ashley's pretty at all either, Idk why they try to make her out to be hot. Amy's much more attractive.

^Agreed. I think that Shailene's come a long way with her acting. I think Ricky is probably the best one on the show (which isn't saying much). I also really love Leo Boykovich (sp?) When Grant broke that champagne glass I was like, WTF?

i think that they are all good actors. Grant isnt a bad actor he plays the character well.
