I believe “The Prince of Egypt” is superior to “Joseph: King of Dreams” in all possible ways. This might be an exaggeration, but J:KoD was a complete and utter failure in my eyes, and I was greatly disappointed by it.

the other movie had a bunch of white people in it which kind of through of the whole we're in africa feel

I also love Joseph King Of Dreams too and I just found out that The Prince Of Egypt is after the story of Joseph King OF Dreams.

But Joseph: King of Dreams is such a wonderful movie too! It isn't as epic but I think it's still sweet and entertaining, with a good moral.

I think "Joseph:King of Dreams" is a good movie( I rate it 8/10) and "The Prince of Egypt" is a masterpiece( I feel like it deserves much more than 10/10). PoE was adaptation of more black and white story but almost all its character turned out to be very complex, while Joseph is an adapation of greyer story( Joseph's brothers being remorseful is present in source material but the characters could have been more complex. And female character in Joseph are blander to me than PoE ladies, none of Joseph females matches the charm of Miriam, Tzipporah or Tuya.
