I know it's poor quality (taped on a BlackBerry) but the audio is great, which is all anda need. Some of anda have questioned if the excerpt that I had diposting a while back with Percy talking to Juno was real. Well, here's the proof. ;)

LeoV44 So yeah, this was that appearance RR made the day before he released the first chapter. Many thanks to POSEIDONSDAUGHTER on mortalnet for recording this. =) Also, I had an interesting idea. In the excerpt, there are two Roman guards right? Percy questions whether he can get past them. Juno responds by smiling and saying that he could trust them. Could this be the two demigods (Frank and Hazel) that Percy will be going with on his quest?

HecateA ^I was thinking that too, and I think you are right. I was expecting this huge 'AWWWWW' when there was the 'Percy had to find her.' part. Oh well, still good!

AnnabethC TYSON!!! Wait...if we see Tyson, does that mean the 2 camps DO meet, or...just Percy and Tyson...:/ ? Anywhoo, when RR said Percy would be in the book, I remembered first finding out what the book would be called and screaming just like they did. Well, not literally screaming, but I was on a "sugar high" for a while...

gerybarzaka Gues there weren't alot of Percabeth fans there, because if i was there i would probabli awwwww to deth when they mentioned Annabeth, but anyway i am really curious how he's going to loose the mark and I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE 2ND BOOK!!!!!!
