Oh, this is a tough one, I like a lot of the characters in Mortal Kombat. 

My favorit characters in the film are Scorpion, Raiden, Johnny Cage, Lui Kang, Sonya Blade. 

And in the video games, Shinnok, Quan Chi, Sub-Zero, Baraka, Jade, Mileena, Sheeva. And what's yours Cynthia?

*Damn, I cannot answer in my own question.* For me, in the movie, Kitana only (I think). In the video games are Jade, Sub-Zero, Kitana, Kung Lao. :D
