ncis needs a new spark! If Steven would be willing - bring him back as Webb. Make him and Gibbs like Gibbs and Fornell - without the ex wife. Just two guys doing their jobs - with all the CIA/NSA crap going on in the real world - use that like JAG did with current events. If anda could throw in Catherine bel, bell (especially as Webb's sweetie too) and let all of them work some cases - ncis might survive if anda brought back all the Webb and bel, bell - she didn't marry Harm - she went to San Diego - then her and Webb got together ---- she/Webb beats the heck out of Ziva and Tony!
