Well we all know its Kashykk but to expand on the topic he has a family as well , a wife and child. Well at least he did . Chewbacca was killed while trying to flee a certain planet with Han during one the stories written amongst the early bintang wars novels.
Chewbacca's homeworld is Kashyyyk. It's a green planet with lots of trees the Wookiee's (Chewbacca's species) like to ayunan off of. It is the planet in which Yoda was on when Order 66 was commenced. It's also the halaman awal planet of Galen Marek and the hiding place of refugee Jedi Quinlan Vos, and Galen's parents after the Order. After Darth Vader killed Galen's father, it was over run oleh the Empire. Decades later, Galen rescued Princess Leia from the Empire there. So, there's Chewbacca's homeworld. :)
