It looks like I'm the only one for Spock & Leila, and it's not because of the happy spores.
It's been quite a while since I've seen the episode, but wasn't it mentioned that they had some kind of relationship prior to meeting on the planet - just that Spock was unable to show his emotions previously? Although it broke Vulcan tradition, it was nice to see that he could be so happy, and amuzing in the other parts.
