I cinta the story/movie spirited away. But umm... anda know how when Chihiro was little and she fell into the river, i know that haku saved her, but did he save her in dragon form atau did he save her like with the water? Help me please=)

I think he was just born that way, because he's a River Spirit so I don't think anda could have become one just like that. lol

I dont think that he saved her in dragon form, atau else Chihiro would for sure remember that. I think he used his river spirit powers atau something to save her. Maybe to calm the water down? atau taking her back to pantai through a wave. And I agree with Okami_Amaterasu on the whole how to become a river spirit :)
