Before fame- Before fame Cody was in collage studying major in classical clarinet. In high school he met former band member Dan Cerlmont, they where each in the the school's marching band.
Family life and birthdate- Cody was born in Florida United States (U.S) January 9th 1989. His father died of cancer, Cody and Dan wrote a song about Cody's dad called Dad's Song, it took them 4 years to write because Cody wanted it to be perfect for his dad.

Before fame- Maxx found his cinta for drums when he was getting car pulled with his friend to an unknown location he heard a song play on the radio oleh long-time Blink 182 drummer (Travis Barker), it was not long after that he got his first drum kit.
