In a baru saja interview with Raleigh, NC's News & Observer, Scotty McCreery reveals that his debut album will be released in stores before Thanksgiving! He goes on to say that 9 atau 10 songs have been completed already, but they are still in the process of recording in the studio despite the fact that this year's 'American Idol' winner has been on tour with the rest of the show's puncak, atas 11.

In this album, Scotty has mentioned in sebelumnya interviews that there's "different vibes on each song". He also berkata that "We're trying not to make it all ballad-y atau up-tempos. We're getting a good mix of everything in there. It's got a good ol' country feeling on some songs, and it's got a contemporary feel on some songs. It's kind of shwoing what anda saw me do all season on Idol. We're trying to find the right mix between the two."
