On the red carpet before the show, Scotty said. "If someone told me (a tahun ago) I'd have been here, I would have told them they were crazy."
"I've been walking down the carpet, seeing the artists, seeing people I've grown up listening to. It's really cool for me. It wasn't a tahun ago, I was an average Joe. American Idol has changed my life. This is insane."
With the likely boost in sales for the Clear as hari album after Wednesday's performance Scotty's probably only a week atau two away from seeing his debut album go gold. "We're hoping to shoot for there," he says. "It's been cool to see the response the fan have diberikan me."

Not only did the 'American Idol' winner gabung the tour's opening acts to sing "Alcohol" during the show's close, but the country singers also found themelves in a pranking battle - which they dished on via their Twitter accounts.
