Scott "Scooter" Braun, born in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA is a musik manger most known for managing Justin Bieber. He had first recognised Justin on youtube in 2007 after watching one of his talent contest video which Justin says he only intended them to be up to tampil his family back halaman awal in canada.
