one tree hill did anyone notice that Jamie was born on graduation day, which would have been in June.. but in season 5 his birthday took place in the middle of bola basket season?

i didnt pick up on it coz we don't follow basketball season or hav the same graduation date in Australia but arent all that kinda stuff messed up on the show like how come season 1 was a whole basketball season n season 2 of the show there was none but it took season 3 and 4 of OTH for a whole season of basketball ... if that makes sense
