The Letter scene Luke wrote a big love letter to peyton. Actually a book..lol Lucas telling brooke he wants to be with her Luke as said he wanted everything with peyt so basically it's the same. I think the rain scene would be romantic if leyton didn't have a kiss, but got caught in the rain together, had one of their jokingly meaningful talks, and stared eachother down "fighting" the urge to reunite, lol. I just love it when leyton has their stare downs; like when luke said "he's not good enough for you" @ brooke's shop. They have such amazing chemistry.
