I wasn`t going to make a big deal about this but I`m extremely fed up. I am posting this here because it continues to happen on One pohon bukit, hill related spots. I post a lot of things to Fanpop, especially images. Something that in my opinion is very important, is giving credit where it is due. If anda find something on the web and want to share it, then feel free to post it. However, it is extremely disrespectful to claim that anda created that content if anda didn`t atau simply not bother to credit.

Lately I`ve been coming across a lot of gambar of say a celebrity where the user who uploaded the picture, gives themselves credit. It is certainly possible that anda snapped that picture but when the berkata foto is tagged, then it is not yours to claim. This is a perfect example of link. I am specifically tampilkan anda where I got that image. This is a link of how to give credit. This user claims that they made that screencap but anda can clearly see Hilarie Burton`s website on the right hand corner. I wasn`t going to call anyone out but this needs to stop! I will laporan every single user who I see doing this. How hard is it to copy and paste a url? Putting that anda got something from "live journal" atau "somewhere on the internet" is not proper credit. Stop being lazy and give proper credit. Did anda know that if the creators of the things anda are claiming are yours want, they can take legal action? People spend a lot time creating the things we post so give them recognition!
