Olivia was born on February 28th, 1997, in Rupert, Quebec. At the age of four, she moved to London, Ontario. At a young age, she participated in many song, dance, and theatre productions. She attended an arts school for five years, and it wasn't until age thirteen that she decided she wanted to pursue akting as a career.
