NO!...I personally hate that song and katey peryy's voice annoyes me a lot.......sorry but I just dont see it.I do think that the song from the band Anberlin called "The Haunting" would be nearer to describe how Bella felt.....but thats just me. Oh and the song by tha band Travis called "More Than Us".uyou guys can them out on youtube if u want.........

No because the song is about the hard reality to move on after the guy left and the girl is with someone else but Bella weren't with Jake in a romantical way she was her friend and when she decide it could be a great think for them to be together Alice come back so they have never be together. She was always with Edward (yeurk even if he broke her heart I think she forgave him a little too easily).
