ncis Rate the Character

It's like Lie_to_me's "Rate the Episode" and i give them full credit for the idea. here's how it goes: the first person puts down a character, not neccisarily a main character. the next person gives the character a rating 1- 10, 10 is the best. next they put down a character and the next person rates it and puts down their own character. it just goes on like that.

If you love the character give 10 if you dislike the character give 0. Just rate it on how you feel about the Character named. Not sure about who the character is then wait till you see one you do know! :)
