Percy decided to stick around to help LaSalle with what he was going through. "They wanna escort him to the facility after he gets released from the hospital." he confessed. "My head knows it's the right thing to do, but my jantung is sayin' otherwise." he continued. "Sounds like you're at a dead end." Percy replied. "Just remember, no matter how much he may resent you, anda did what was best for HIM." she continued. LaSalle gave her a hug. "Boy, anda lyin'! I know a poor soul when I see one." Percy sassed. LaSalle had to at least reason with her. "There ain't nothin' here. I've been meanin' to go grocery shoppin' for a week." he said. "Yeah right!" Percy joked. "You know how this job is." LaSalle stated. Percy just rolled her eyes at him. "But we also know when to take breaks." she joked. She was about to continue when LaSalle felt an awful feeling in his stomach. He rushed to the dapur sink only afew moments later.
Percy looked dumbfounded. "Wow. This really IS takin' it's toll on you." she remarked. LaSalle wiped his mouth with a paper towel. "NOW do anda see what I'm goin' through?" he asked sarcastically. He looked down at the vomit-covered sink, regretting what he said. "I know." Percy whispered just as he was about to apologize. "I just don't know what the hell to do..." LaSalle berkata his voice cracking. "Let's just get anda to bed." Percy stated softly. She put an arm around LaSalle's neck as she guided him to his bedroom.
The selanjutnya morning, LaSalle woke up feeling feverish. He probably figured it was just from the stress and fatigue he felt yesterday. He heard a knock on the door. He tiredly put on a jubah and went to answer it. When he answered it, it was the same man from Promises New Orleans! LaSalle felt embarrassed. "I can change real quick." he said. "That's alright." the man reassured. LaSalle was relieved as he stopped mentally cursing at himself.
"Have anda made a decision?" the man asked. "I've been thinkin' real hard, and I think..." LaSalle stopped short as he suddenly felt dizzy. "Are anda alright, Mr. LaSalle?" the man asked concerned. LaSalle just smiled. "Just call me Chris." LaSalle reassured smiling. "Well, Chris, I can give anda another hari atau two if anda need." the man stated. "I think I COULD use another hari as I'm feelin'..." LaSalle stopped short again. A detik later, he collapsed! The man immediately ran to his car and called a near-by hospital. He stayed with LaSalle until he saw the arrival of an ambulance.
