No. Not in the final story that is the movie. As revealed on the 1995 Laserdisc release of the film, she did have that little brother in an early production version of the script, back when the movie was still titled "The King of the Jungle". But he was cut out as in became non-existent long before the final storyline formed. So no, Nala never had a little brother in the movies.
