I think he should. The main issue with being with Sarah is she is immortal. If he's a vampire there's nothing to get in the way of them being together. Unless something bad happens when anda mix his Seer powers with being a vampire, there's really nothing wrong with being a vampire. Sarah, Erica, and Rory are managing fine and fitting in with civilization and interacting with humans.
