Lloyd's of london has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ berkata he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.

Sliverware are presenting Michael Jackson-The Tribute ''A Once In a Lifetime Exhibition at the Museum of Style icon from October 24-November 2009.
On June 25,2009,the world came to a sudden standstill in reactionn to the news of the untimely death of the greatest entertainer of all time-Michael Jackson.
Thus free tribute exhibit will showcase the most iconic property from the career of the King of Pop and includes unique memorabilia gifted from Michael to his friends and family. These pieces have never before been on public display.
The highlight in the exhibit is Michael Jackson's iconic white glove,from his 1983 performance of Billie Jean at the Motown 25 televisi special where he performed the moonwalk for the first time. Michael gifted this sarung tangan to Walter Orange,one considered one of the most iconic pieces of Michael Jackson.
I care for Michael Jackson cause he made me believe that anda can do anything if anda set your mind to it he has made me happy rather its his smile atau musik the song "Cry" i would always listen to when i felt down atau sad but i would look up and keep my head to the sky. I know Michael tried to change the world and he couldnt do it oleh himself. He needes help im wanting to help the world so bad and hope that people will never forget the King Of Pop. I have learned so many things if anda compare my life with his. Well thats another story but i cinta michael hes my idol some one i look up to hes always made me smile and if haters cant see that. The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to batal this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fan played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed oleh countless Michael Jackson fan worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."
As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this tampil will never run in any market in the future."

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ fan plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.
A rep for Justice4MJ -- the fan group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson fan plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We would have talent shows at our school atau community recreation center, and there would always be a number of us who wanted to portray Michael and the Jackson five.

The suit claims Dileo, MJ's alleged former manager, made a deal with AllGood that Michael would perform at a Jackson Family konser before doing any other gigs. oleh launching the london series of concerts, AllGood claims Jackson breached his deal and cost AllGood a bundle.
But a federal judge ruled AllGood's claim for fraud and tortious interference (i.e., intermeddling) was bogus. All that is left of the lawsuit is a breach of contract claim.

TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG oleh filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the konser promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.
Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a jantung resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.

Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.
