Michael Jackson's estate is lashing out at the people behind a new MJ documentary set to debut in jepang tomorrow -- claiming fan are being duped into believing the flick was authorized oleh Team MJ.
The estate has released a scathing statement claiming that flamingo Features is promoting the movie in a way that is misleading MJ's fan into believing the film -- shot oleh former MJ confidante Marc Schaffel -- was properly authorized.
The estate also makes it clear it doesn't endorse the flick and none of the profits will benefit MJ's children. They also note that the movie is not allowed to contain any of Michael's music.
Schaffel doesn't appear to be bothered -- the above foto was taken moments yang lalu at the movie premiere in Tokyo ... where Schaffel took the stage and told fan Katherine Jackson sent along her best wishes.
Tuesday, we shot video of Schaffel and Debbie Rowe boarding a plane to Tokyo.

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray will visit Michael Jackson on atau around the first anniversary of the singer's death.
Sources connected with the doctor tell us Murray is torn up oleh Jackson's death and the anniversary is an important milestone.
And we've learned Dr. Murray has visited the Forest Lawn mausoleum where Jackson is entombed a number of times. "He goes there a lot," we're told. Murray avoids attention oleh going either early in the morning atau during off-hours.

God help anyone who uses a picture of Michael Jackson to hawk their products, because the licensee of MJ's image is going after some new companies with a vengeance.
Bravado International Group -- which markets all things Michael -- is suing T-Line Design, Inc. based in Oregon.
According to the federal suit, obtained oleh TMZ, T-Line is downright "defiant," sardonically menulis a blog that says, "...it SUCKS TOTAL BOLLOCKS when people steal those creations..."
The suit seeks $750 for each image illegally used, as well as statutory damages of $150,000.
Bravado filed two other infringement suits today against two other companies for unauthorized MJ
