Do anda think Michael mencuri Blood on the dance floor?

Im from a country called Bulgaria and in my country there is one singer Atanas Atanasov and he wrote the son "New year" in 1981. The song sound a lot like Blood on the dance floor I think, just listen to the compare.. and specially
the end. What do u guys think?
