(Lost) 3x22 "Through the Looking Glass"
Charlie and Desmond try to carry out the plan to knock out the transmission-blocking signal in the Looking Glass station. But Charlie gets captured by two women, named Greta and Bonnie, who are Others manning the underwater Looking Glass station on Ben's orders. Meanwhile, Jack leads the Flight 815 survivors from the beach to the radio tower several miles inland to try and signal Naomi's freighter which is somewhere off the coast. Elsewhere, John Locke recovers from his wound after being shot and left for dead by Ben, to have a vision of Walt tell him a clue about the people coming for them. Back at the beach, Sayid, Bernard, and Jin await the arrival of a team of Others with an explosive trap. Sawyer and Juliet decide to return to the beach camp to help out Sayid, Bernard, and Jin after they are captured, and Hurley tags along to help. In the future, Jack is back in Los Angeles, living through a meaningless existence as a drunkard and revealed to have somehow escaped from the island.

(Orphan Black) 4x06 "The Scandal of Altruism"
Seeing that it is the best overall solution yet not perfect by any means, Sarah and Cosima decide with Kendall's OK to set up an agreement with Susan Duncan, which they will not divulge to Mrs. S. until everything is arranged as they know she won't like what they've done. That agreement is an agent representing Susan will remove the bot from Sarah's cheek, with Cosima on-site to ensure Sarah's safety. As Scott and Cosima have not yet come up with a "cure" for Cosima and the other affected Leda clones, they, in turn, will provide their research and Kendall to Susan, with Scott harvesting the necessary cell from Kendall so that Susan can continue the work on curing the affected Leda clones. The agreement does not include providing any of Kendall's DNA for the Castor project. When these two sides of the agreement are accomplished on neutral sites, Susan's agents will release Cosima, while Kendall will be whisked away to safety back at the safe house. While those involved hope to get what they want out of the agreement, they may be unaware that there is at least one other person in the know who may have a different view of the Leda project and Kendall's utility. Meanwhile, Krystal is in the police precinct to report what she believes is going on with the illegal use of stem cells in cosmetics production. Art is able to intervene so that Krystal feels like her issues are addressed, while anyone who may have known Beth will not be suspicious. Art feels he needs to call in support, the person to the rescue is the one who may most be able to placate Krystal.

(This is Us) 2x14 "Super Bowl Sunday"
It's Super Bowl Sunday, what was Jack and Rebecca's favorite day of the year and what is now the anniversary of Jack's passing. As usual, Rebecca, Kevin, Kate, and Randall will have their individual Super Bowl ritual, which differs between the four based not only on the fact of Jack's death but also how they were in relation to him when he died. Rebecca and Kevin's vastly different Super Bowl routines will have to have some compromise due to them spending the day together, which is largely affected by all that Kevin has gone through of late which has brought him emotionally closer to the memory of his father. Regardless of what happens with Kevin, Rebecca still hopes that Jack's annual gift of an unexpected laugh will occur. Kate's ritual hits a snag due to aging technology. In the process of what she has to go through with Toby's help, Kate may feel ready to share her father with her fiancé. And Randall's ritual now centers largely on his daughters whether they want it to or not. The day for them is affected by what happens with Mr. McGiggles, and an admission by Tess about something she's been doing in light of all that has happened in their lives the past year.

(Veronica Mars) 1x22 "Leave It to Beaver"
In the shocking, action-packed first season finale, a determined Veronica must betray someone she cares deeply about in order to solve the mystery of who murdered her best friend Lilly, but what she discovers puts her life in serious danger. Meanwhile, Jake Kane asks Duncan if he really wants to know what happened on the night Lilly died, and Keith awaits the results of a paternity test.

(Grey's Anatomy) 6x23 "Sanctuary"
Seattle Grace Hospital is hit with a crisis like no other in its history.

(Stranger Things) 2x09 "Chapter Nine: The Gate"

(Buffy the Vampire Slayer) 5x16 "The Body"

(The Flash) 1x15 "Out of Time"
Mark Mardon, brother of Clyde Mardon, kills the city's coroner with one goal in mind: to get the name of Joe West, the man who killed his brother. Receiving word and breaking his impromptu double-date with Linda, Iris, and Eddie (where Iris and Barry's close behavior equally disturbs their dates), Barry freakishly sees himself running beside him en route to the crime scene at superspeed. Joe, knowing the impossibility of protection against meta-humans, works the case but is captured and used to lure Iris to the beach. Meanwhile, as Police Captain Singh winds up hospitalize in trying to protect Joe, Cisco pays dearly for pursuing his suspicions against Harrison. Back at the beach, Iris finally learns the identity of The Flash as Barry tries to thwart Mark's tsunami, hurtling toward the city, and winds up meeting himself en route to the coroner's office instead.
