(Lost) 6x09 "Ab Aeterno"
Ilana recalls when Jacob asked her to protect the six candidates to replace him. Ilana asks Richard what to do next and he leaves the group telling him that he has no idea. In a flashback, in 1867, in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Richard, a.k.a. Ricardo travels in a stormy night to bring a doctor to help his beloved wife Isabella that is dying. However, the doctor does not accept the little money that he has and does not give the medicine to Isabella. They struggle and Ricardo accidentally kills the doctor. When he returns home, Isabella is dead and Ricardo is sent to prison to be hanged. However, he is sold as a slave and travels to the New World chained aboard the Black Rock. There is a tsunami and the ship knocks into the statue on the island and stops in the woods. The smoke monster kills the survivors and the Man in Black releases Ricardo. Soon he learns that there is a fight between the Man in Black, who believes that mankind is evil, and Jacob, who believes that mankind is good. Jacob offers immortality to Ricardo to work for him. But the Man in Black tells that his offer is still open.

(One Tree Hill) 9x13 "One Tree Hill"
Super-dad Nathan enjoys being back home and instills in doting Jamie to be good but live his own life. Chase enjoys his new status as an independent bar owner, although his latest cocktail to celebrate Tric's tenth anniversary is most cruelly 'welcomed'. Chris Keller is back, impresses but turns down a studio scout after a great performance. Julian celebrates his Hollywood success by buying Brooke's childhood home, while the Baker Man firm is launched by Internet sale. Clay and Quinn complete building their family by adopting Logan, who already considers them his parents. Mouth gets a new sports show.

(Game of Thrones) 7x04 "The Spoils of War"
Jon Snow gets closer to Daenerys and shows her his discovery in the dragonglass mine. Tyrion advises Daenerys and she asks Jon for his advice, and he tells her that she must be a fair queen and not attack and burn the houses of the common people. Meanwhile, Arya returns to Winterfell and reunites with Sansa and Bran. Jaime's army and Bron are looting House Tyrell and their lands when they get a surprise.

(Orphan Black) 3x10 "History Yet to Be Written"
With Art's help, Sarah, Mrs. S, and Felix are able to hide the Castor and Leda original, Mrs. S' own mother Kendall Malone, although she is somewhat of a hostile participant in the matter. Mrs. S is blunt that she has no hesitation in killing her mother if Castor even gets close to finding out their hideout, both Castor and Topside who they know will soon find out where they are hiding. Coady's approach in finding the Castor original is to go after the one sister who is out in the open, namely Alison who, along with Donnie, is in the midst of the school trustee election. As Helena can't be included in the public aspects of election day, Donnie has what he believes is the ultimate gift for Helena to keep her preoccupied. With Topside, Delphine believes she has a deal that will satisfy Ferdinand and Topside's needs in the Leda project. With all these pieces, Rachel becomes an increasingly important player. And Shay may not be able to forgive Cosima for what Delphine did, both understanding that she was not totally forthright with Cosima, and knowing that Cosima too has many skeletons in her closet.

(This is Us) 4x18 "Strangers: Part Two"
The events surrounding first birthdays or births in three different time periods are presented. In the past, Jack and Rebecca are not only celebrating Jack's thirty-seventh birthday with a modification to their usual routine but the first birthday of the Big Three. It can't help but be a bittersweet occasion for both of them, they turning to an old friend for advice on how to deal with the bitter in light of the sweet. In the future, Lucy has just gone into labor, a week late. Someone important to both Lucy and Jack rushes to their side, that person having her latest "movie star" date. And in present-day, the entire Pearson family is descending on Los Angeles for Jack's first birthday, which will coincide with Kevin's one-year sobriety. While Kate, Toby, and Jack welcome the family, they have a special Damon threesome only secret task, out of which Kate and Toby discuss a not yet broached topic regarding their family. An announcement by Rebecca has the potential to overtake the day, while a series of events threaten Kevin making it to that one year.

(Veronica Mars) 1x21 "A Trip to the Dentist"
After obtaining a shocking new piece of information, Veronica is determined to get to the bottom of what happened the night she was drugged and raped, even if it means piecing together the fuzzy stories of every 09er at Neptune High. Meanwhile, Aaron throws a party for Logan but inadvertently throws a wrench into Logan and Veronica's secret relationship.

While the man with the bomb lodged in his chest remains in Burke's OR with Meredith's hand in the cavity, Bailey's injured husband remains in Derek's. Meanwhile, Bailey's distress puts her unborn baby at risk.

(Stranger Things) 2x06 "Chapter Six: The Spy"
Will is sent to the hospital in the Hawkins Laboratory but the doctors can not find a reason for his pain. Murray makes many copies of the tape to send to the newspapers. Meanwhile, Dustin and Steve find that Dart has escaped from the basement digging a hole out. Bob joins Joyce in the hospital while Dr. Sam Owens shows Hopper the size of the Gate. Will awakes with no memories and Dr. Owens finds that he and other hosts are connected to a hive through a virus. He discusses with the other scientists how Will's brain has been affected by the shadow monster. Steve, Dustin, Lucas, and Max use pieces of meat as bait expecting to catch Dart in the junkyard. But the creature comes with other Demogorgons and traps the kids on the bus. Out of the blue, they return to the tunnels to attack the soldiers that had been sent there based on Will's information.

(Buffy the Vampire Slayer) 5x22 "The Gift"
Buffy tells the gang that she will kill anyone that would harm Dawn. Anya suggests the use of the Dagon Sphere and the Troll's hammer to fight against Glory. While in the basement looking for the magical objects, Xander proposes to Anya. Glory prepares Dawn for the ritual and the Scooby gang uses Tara to find the exact location where Glory is. Willow retrieves Tara's brain from Glory, and while Buffy and the gang battle against Glory and her followers, Doc unexpectedly makes Dawn bleed, opening the gate to hell and forcing Buffy to a deadly decision.

(The Flash) 1x09 "The Man in the Yellow Suit "
While enjoying holiday traditions with friends and family, sudden news from Iris and Eddie startles Barry. Also, another visit from Barry's arch-nemesis (the man who murdered his mother) has everyone starting to realize who they're up against. While much is learned about The Man in the Yellow Suit, a former Star Labs employee also appears, one well-known to the group of friends.
