Plus, Capcom originally wanted Leon and Claire to be in love in RE Code Veronica and he would die the same way Steve Burnside did. But unfortunately or fortunately, Leon was such a popular character that they decided to keep him alive. That's why Steve Burnside was created.

Nah..He went "diving" with Angela in Degeneration movie and besides Leon and Claire are friends.Claire fell for Steve in Code Veronica...I fell for Wesker since the beginning of RE.

i think they would made a great couple 'cuz they manage to meet each other in a normal way they meet first and be friends or maybe best friends for a long time and where do you think love starts its on friendship we dont know maybe they would fell in love in the future and also they still have connection to each other because chris, leon and claire knows each otherand the most important thing is they care for each other so much so i would go for CLEON
