He is the penulis of the populer thirteen book series "A Series of Unfortunate Events," where Snicket is tracking the misfortune that falls upon the Baudelaire children, who became orphans when their parents were killed and their house was burnt down. Lemony Snicket dedicates all the buku to Beatrice, the woman he loved, who is in reality the Baudelaire orphans' late mother. He is the brother of Jacques and Kit Snicket. He is a member of the Volunteer api Department, atau the VFD, and was mistaken to be dead. Lemony Snicket also wrote the holiday buku "The Latke That Couldn't Stop Screaming" and "The Lump of Coal," and the musical mystery "The Composer is Dead."

Even though Beatrice321 is right in the fact that Daniel Handler is the penulis but I think Lemony Snicket is lebih like a character in the story that is why me and a friend of mine both have a theory that Lemony Snicket is actually The Baudelaires Father, Because he is in the Clocktower a couple of houses down from his children and has devoted his life to the Baudelaire Case because of the fact they are his children and he wants to make sure even though they go under hardships they are Alive. He can't help them because he is seen of caught he would be killed himself.
