The error was caught oleh subcontractors in the Czech Republic in early February when they tested the vaccine on ferrets and they all died, indicating Avian Flu virus. But there is still a problem because 37 people were exposed to this mixture which has the potential to mutate to a super virus within those exposed. At this point the World Health Organization and the European Center for Disease Control are investigating and the FBI has also received a request to gabung the investigation.
